Rigid Packaging
Custom thermoformed CPET, PP, and PET trays and containers, paired with lidding films manufactured in-house. Material options are available for oven heating, microwave reheating, refrigerated storage, and frozen applications.
Food packaging needs to perform throughout storage, handling, and preparation. For oven-ready meals, CPET trays must withstand the intended freezing and heating conditions while maintaining their shape. They must also provide a secure, consistent seal with the lidding film on high-speed packaging lines.
By manufacturing both trays and lidding films, we can develop them as a coordinated packaging system. This integrated approach helps improve compatibility and sealing consistency while simplifying sourcing and product development.
We can work with your existing tooling or develop new tooling to meet your requirements. We also offer solutions for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum skin packaging (VSP) to help preserve freshness and meet your target shelf life.
