Rigid Packaging

Rigid production runs from your existing tooling or from tooling we develop with you. Vacuum forming covers most tray geometries economically; pressure forming is used where detail definition, sharper corners or textured surfaces are needed.

Tooling development moves through CAD, prototype tooling and fit validation before production tooling is cut. Prototyping first is not a formality - it is where cavity layout, draft angles and line handling problems get found while they are still cheap to fix.
