Quality Assurance

We put the emphasis on defect prevention. Our quality assurance team consists of experienced technicians who inspect all raw materials on arrival, work in progress, and completed orders to make sure every product we deliver meets the customer specification and requirements.

Incoming inspection catches substrate problems before they are printed on. In-process inspection catches drift before it becomes a rejected lot. Final inspection is the last gate, not the only one - by the time a pallet is checked, the important decisions have already been made upstream.

All of our manufacturing facilities are ISO and FSSC 22000 certified, and documentation - COA, specification sheets, compliance declarations - is maintained per lot rather than assembled when someone asks for it.
