Three-side-seal is the workhorse flat pouch: one fold, three seals, minimum trim waste. For single-serve and sample formats it is almost always the lowest cost per unit, and it runs fast on both pre-made pouch fillers and inline machines.
Where a flat pouch has to carry retail presence, we add matte or spot finishes, shaped die cuts, hang holes and euro slots.
