Flexible Converting

Converting is where a printed laminate becomes a pack, and it is where format flexibility either exists or does not. Our bag making workshop covers side seal, pillow, side gusset, stand-up, flat bottom box, spout and bag-in-bag constructions.

Finishing operations - zippers, valves, laser scoring, tear notches, hang holes, shaped die cutting - are applied inline where the format allows, which keeps handling down and consistency up.

Slitting to width for rollstock is controlled on tension and edge quality, because a roll that runs badly on your machine is a roll that was slit badly on ours.
