Pillow Bag
The fastest and lowest-cost bag format on a vertical form-fill-seal line - snacks, confectionery, frozen and dry grocery.
- High-speed VFFS running
- Lap and fin seal options
- Easy-open features
- Frozen and ambient structures
The pillow bag is what a VFFS line makes when nothing gets in its way: one back seal, two end seals, maximum throughput. If your volumes are high and the format does not need to stand, this is where the cost is lowest.
We supply it as printed rollstock tuned for high-speed running, with slip and seal properties set against your machine rather than a generic spec.
Key Benefits
- Lowest cost per unit for high volume runs
- Highest achievable line throughput
- Slip and seal properties tuned to your VFFS equipment
