Industrial packaging is judged on cost per unit shipped intact. Nothing else. There is no shelf presence requirement and no consumer to impress - just a load that either arrives whole or does not.
Most operations we review are overspending in one of two places: pallet film gauge that was set years ago and never revisited, or steel strapping still in use where PET would hold better and cost less. Both are worth checking.
