MOQ depends on the format and the print. Rotogravure carries a cylinder cost that has to be amortised, so printed flexible work has a higher practical minimum than unprinted. Rigid tooling works the same way.

Lead time depends on whether tooling or cylinders are needed and where the item is produced. A repeat order on existing cylinders is materially faster than a first run.

Yes. Our inventory programs produce to your rolling forecast and hold agreed stock levels domestically. You call off against it as you need it.

Certificates and compliance documentation are available on request and are maintained per lot rather than assembled retrospectively.

Yes. Certificates of analysis, specification sheets and declarations of compliance are part of the standard documentation set. For direct food contact and healthcare applications, this documentation is maintained as a matter of course.

Your U.S. contact is the escalation point. We investigate against the retained samples and process records for the affected lot, and come back with a root cause rather than a credit note and a shrug.

Usually. Send us a physical sample and, if you have it, the current specification. We can reverse-engineer the structure and match the format.

Exact print match depends on the original process - a rotogravure original matches closely; matching a digitally printed original on gravure requires a colour approval step.

Vector artwork with fonts outlined, images at final size and at least 300 dpi, and separations identified. Our artwork preparation guidelines cover trapping, bleed and distortion compensation for shrink sleeves.

If your artwork is not print-ready, our prepress team can take it there.

Yes, and we will be direct about the trade-offs. Mono-material recyclable structures are achievable for many applications but usually mean accepting a different barrier profile. Certified compostable materials need industrial composting access that most consumers do not have.
